“Cookies” are small text files placed on a User’s hard drive that assists W|P|Osborne in providing a customized browsing experience. Cookies contain a unique identification number that identifies a User’s browser, but not the visitor, to W|P|Osborne’s computers each time a User visits the Website. Single-pixel tags are also used to confirm whether promotional or other commercial e-mail messages that are sent via the Website are opened.
